Josh Fuhrer leads the Chasing Dirt community. He is an experienced real estate investor and commercial real estate developer, with over a decade of experience in the industry. He created Chasing Dirt as a way to help the students in his college real estate courses stay connected. Now he's opened up this resource for anyone with a sincere interest in learning how to invest in real estate the right way.
