I am a Newbie. I just completed the first online Real Estate course with Josh. xcellent course I highly recommend it to all. I currrently work in our family business here in Detroit which has been considered by many as Ground Zero of this economic collapse. While the rest of the country is in a recession, Detroit is in a Depression. Our unemployment is near 30%. But I have hope for this once great city. I think Detroit is a diamond in the rough and I hope one day to see it rise from the ashes. We have a great mayor now and most of the gangsters that used to run this city are now in jail or gone.
Anyway, I am looking to invest in rehabs. I love the idea of taking an ugly duckling and giving it a makeover. But I am going to be networkig at some Invenstment clubs this month and I still am in my planning stages. I am hoping to find an experienced mentor to help me get started. I still have alot of research to do and alot of people to meet.
